He was very personable and knowledgeable It was a breath of fresh air to have him say he worked on all brands as I have had other repairmen tell me they don't work on "that brand". I was having issues with three kitchen appliances. He addressed all of them and only charged me one service call and even offered to return, at no service fee, if the problem reoccurred. AND, he helped me understand what was happening to all of the appliances and the estimated replacement costs for parts if his work didn't solve the problem.
