"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Repaired ~ 4'X4' section of basement ceiling that had been cut out to access water leak.  This was a special buy of 2 1/2 hours of work.  Company charged 45 minutes of this for coming by to see what I would like them to do.  They are not the fastest workers I have ever seen.

"Absolutely excellent! I’ve hired him for five years. When he mows he also edges, blows the sidewalk clean etc. He keeps the dreaded Ivy off the walls of my house too. He makes my lawn look great even though it is the worst I’ve ever seen because I’ve been fighting Dallas grass, dandelions, wild violets, clover, wild chives etc. for years. He is pleasant to deal with even fun at times not to mention fair and honest. He will bag during dandelion season if I request it or leave mulch clipping. Last year I hired him to aerate the lawn and trim bushes. I have recommended this service to others and will in the future if anyone should ask."
