"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

The last text correspondence was on a Thursday (June 6) and he said he would be in touch with us the following day before 5. Today is June 17, and still have not heard from him. The customer service is terrible and we would not recommend this company to anyone."
