"After the hailstorm in early June in southern Wisconsin the storm chasers were out in full force. I did not want to go with any of them so I did my own research and found Elite Exteriors and am very glad I did! Ryan came out within days to give me a very fair estimate for a new roof (with extended warranty since they are a GAF certified installer), James Hardie siding, and downspouts. After looking over the damage he said he would have an estimate to me in a few days and on the third day I received a very detailed estimate (at this time I had been waiting for other estimates from a couple other contractors for a couple weeks). Ryan was amazing to work with - he gave recommendations for colors, sent us addresses so we could look at those colors on houses he had done, and was extremely responsive. If I ever had questions or concerns, Ryan got back to me the same night or the next day at the latest. This continued through the whole process. His employees were great as well. Karl was responsive with roofing questions/concerns (anything I had questioned, no matter how small, he made it right), Jeremy with the siding and Manuel, who did all of the siding, was amazing. Our house got a complete make-over with quality materials and my wife and I are extremely happy with all of the work (we have gotten many compliments from neighbors too). "I was cleaning out my gutters when I noticed that some were bent which was leading to leaves and anything else getting stuck in them. Also along the back of my house there was a hole causing water to leak out. I made the call on Friday to Watry Homes and as of yesterday they are fixed. It took maybe two hours or so to get the hole covered and to bend the gutter back into shape. I also got a quote for my siding while they were they so that when I am ready I can get both things replaced. I can not say enough about Scott who came out and did a great job of letting me know what was needed and  what I would be looking at in terms of fixing now vs replacing. A lot of times a company will try to just say you need everything new when that may not be the case. Which makes me feel good to now yet again I made a great choice."

"I hired him initially to extend my front porch and then build a deck. He did okay, a lot of what he told me he was going to do he didn't, it was mostly minor stuff. The deck itself is solid and nice. I then asked home to come back and do part 2 which was to enclose the deck and he came and gave me an estimate and then he bailed right before work started. There was no money exchange but it messed up all my plans because by that time it was the middle of the summer. This is why I feel he only deserves a B rating."

"They cleaned my gutters. They did a nice job of hauling all the stuff away so they didn't just throw it all on the ground. They put it all in a bucket and hauled the stuff away so I didn't have gunk all over my yard. They were clean and professional about it. They did an estimate to do some roof repairs too, but it has taken them 2 months to get back out here so that was kind of interesting. I think they were probably busy from their estimate or something."
