Estimator was responsive and worked hard to ensure I was beyond satisfied with the job, from prompt receipt of the estimate to final completion and permitting of job. I sought estimates from three companies before going with Comfort Temp. Installers were professional and informative during removal of old system and install of new system. They reviewed all available options and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Plumbers installed extra valves at my request (without up charge) so that I could subsequently install outdoor sink. Total job time was less than 48 hours. System placement was appropriate, new gas lines and piping insulation looks clean and well designed, outdoor unit was moved to a new location that is significantly quieter from inside the residence.
