"It took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess."

I am an architectural designer working for several builders.







I was contacted by a client  who was about ready to settle on a new house.



He wanted a particular color and style of an E.P. Henry product. The builder did not want to do custom work.



I designed the patio and sent it to Lee Dickerson. He emailed it to his mason who had a price in a few days.







The client was called with the price and the next day he called to give the "go ahead".



It took about 2 weeks for the material to arrive. When it did the mason did the work in one day. All stone



was installed, cleaned up and lawn reseeded.







The client was well satisfied.

"Very well. Chris Garliss' crew did a neat and thorough job. I could have had this job done for less, but was not impressed with the materials offered by others for the lower cost. I chose top quality materials to maximize the life of the roof. The new shingles are attractive and have good reliability rating. Trim was replaced and the fit looks much better than what was previously there. The job was completed over two very hot days on a large roof, still the team worked hard and cleaned up well. We have not found stray nails, and very little old material even in and around the gardens and the bushes next to the house. I highly recommend Chris. He takes pride in what his team does and stands behind the work. I will be using the services of Highpoint Remodeling LLC again soon."
