There is a little more work to be finished after part of the floor is repaired, but I expect the same quality of work when they return. Overall I am well satisfied. Also, they were kind enough to take pictures for me when finished as I am disabled and could not get out and look at the work. They did a good job and cleaned up after they were finished. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
