"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"My mother had a partcial ceiling replacement due to past water damage that started from a skylight. There was some black mold setting in including a couple other suspicion areas. I give Chuy two thumbs up! My mother said he was always in good spirts, communicated well with her, always on time and left the area he was working in cleaner than it was before he started. "Fine Finish impressed us from the first meeting. Mark provided excellent ideas and drew out some plans while we sat down with him on his computer program, so we could see what things would look like. They were about 2 weeks out on estimates, but Mark referred us to his cabinet builder to work with in the mean time, and he (Cliff) was great. 
Once the cabinet budget was set, the estimate came through within about a week, a few days after the initial timeline, but Mark was communicative throughout and let us know work on the estimate and plans was progressing. The budget came in over budget, so Mark let us know what things we could help with, and provided some other ideas to get within a design we loved, with the cabinet line we wanted, and a budget we could live with. 
I work from home, and from what I could see, the project ran smoothly. There was some dust and noise during the demo, but the team screened off the area so it didn't come into the rest of the house. Mark arrived on site daily, did quality checks, progress reports with his team and provided us with weekly updates. 
The cabinets, countertop and backsplash all work so well together the visual effect is stunning. Friends love hanging around the island (which is a new addition), and we love the extra space. 
Our kitchen looks fabulous and we are thrilled with it.

"Amazing!!  I couldn't believe the transformation!  It turned out even better than I expected.  Jeff has so much creativity and know-how.  I swear that man can do anything!  A true craftsman.  He took my idea of a walk-in, door less shower and constructed a beautiful circular structure.  I could say that this alone attests to his experience and designablity,  but  really every detail of my project was outstanding. My masterbath is truely a masterpiece.  The quality and attention to detail was exceptional.  I am so thrilled with the end result!  And beause I was so happy with my experience I had them also do the second bath and add some cabinets and a small countertop in my laundry room.
