"This was the third time we’ve used Shepard Painting and again, we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Justin’s crew always pays great attention to detail in the preparation prior to painting, including covering plants and patio. Justin provided a detailed estimate and contract after a walk-around inspection and discussing our concerns. We had some window repair prior to painting and Justin worked with our schedule so that painting began the week following the repairs. After the painting was complete, a crew showed up the next day for any touch-up required and Justin did another walk-around with us to make certain the job was completed to our satisfaction. The crew cleaned up the site daily and Justin was in daily communication with us to address any problems or concerns.
