What I appreciated the most was when I asked if I needed an all new electrical panel for my 44 year old house. Joe (owner) had great communication, sent calendar invites for the appointments and sent a confirmation text the morning of the appt. Nariel, the technician, was outstanding! Polite, professional, respectful, and explained the process. More importantly, he tolerated my dog Zoe who feels everyone is there to her and she wanted to be his helper. "While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Originally, I had some concerns...it took over a week to get someone to come out and give an estimate and during that time, Atlas Electric forgot who I was and I had to remind him 2-3 times what I needed done. There was also confusion as Atlas assumes that their customers will use and respond to SMS messages. However, once the electrician came out, it turned out he was quite reasonable, knowledgeable, responsive, and decently priced. And, followup was very fast. Indeed, the job was done perfectly and I don't think any other electrician would have done a better job. The wiring for the new circuit branches were hidden properly....an effort above and beyond my expectations. New outlets were flush and pristine. Installation of the new wired smoke alarms was also done perfectly and with patience. Discussions of future projects with Atlas Electric went well and I would recommend them to friends. The company just needs to get a better customer management and contact system....unlike other businesses, Atlas doesn't seem to use a call center or receptionist or anyone other than the electrician to respond to requests."
