Our salesperson, Joe, was not present during the work and has not been responsive to our followup inquiries. We are very disappointed in the poor customer service from Foundation and its representatives. I cannot recommend this company based on their failure to address our up-front concerns, lack of response to our followup requests, and the false advertising that is associated with the coupons."

They dug up our rose bushes and just left them there to die. They left their clothes in our basement and didn't even bother to clean up after themselves. They also left one of their tripods on our backyard. Not to mention, my husband found 2 cracks from their work order that they didn't even attempt to seal.
