"Working with Paul has gone extremely well up to this point. Since he is building a new ADU/ detached separate living space, it has taken extra time to get final plans and permits. It looks like Paul will be ready to start very soon and I ll update as the build begins. Since the project is not complete, and the survey would not let me skip the review for final overall ranking, I gave a 3 star (that s the only reason it wasn t a 5).
