Next step came Lindsey who scheduled my install. Same as Jeff, professional and friendly. The day of install Zech not only contacted me when Lindsey said he would but was here the time he told me he would be here. Hunter was right behind him and they immediately got to work. They were professional, thorough and always concerned about my happiness with the project. Checked in multiple times to see if I had any thoughts, questions or concerns. "Irish and his associate Ryder were very good at communicating, even over a weekend, and although I initially thought the project was an easy drain clearing, 2 other plumbers failed to come up with an appropriate plan. Ryder made every effort to find a cheaper way to solve the problem, and only when those did not work, did he resort to a more complicated solution and at that stage he also worked to help keep our costs down. I appreciated the timeliness, thoughtfulness, and his clear and precise communication which also highlighted how experienced he was with this particular plumbing issue."
