She took my basic info and anticipated having service to me in about half an hour. One hour later, I called for an update and got an answering machine. Asked for an update. Servicing plumber, Jonathan, called to say he was on the way. One hour later, I called his cell. He had been delayed by last work. Once he arrived, he quickly saw what needed to be done, went to Home Depot to get the parts, and quickly and professionally replaced both the hot and cold inlet pipes, as I asked. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Pricing was probably average, but was right on his estimate."

"Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."

"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."
