"I called them for air conditioning repair. The AC tech went into the basement (the AC unit is outside in the yard) and immediately told me that the water heater was likely releasing carbon monoxide into the basement and needed to be replaced. I advised that it was next on my list but not urgent; however, he pressured me to replace because of high danger. The bill came to $3245 for a 40-gallon 6-year guaranteed water heater listed on the internet as retailing for approx. $600. I asked for an itemized bill to demonstrate the charges, and I got an invoice showing the water heater at $2400, with $149 for a permit and $850 for a new vent to the outside. I called to question the charges and got a very perfunctory reply about all the work they had done. I had one plumber here and two helpers for 4 hours. Very steep price with very disreputable sales tactics and pressure. I'll never use them again."

"These guys were excellent! I'll definitely have them back for more plumbing needs. They (2 plumbers, Kyle & Ehsan) did a new toilet install with one I had delivered and removal of the old one for a flat rate. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything in the process, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and checked what was necessary. They also did some trouble shooting they came across with the original positioning of the toilet placement in tile and a high flange. Instead of telling me they needed to redo the flange which would have cost a lot more, they worked on solutions which saved me from extra costs and work done. They looked out for me and not just trying to make a higher sale of labor and parts. I really appreciate how thorough they were and can see they are passionate about what they do. Also, they are reliable, called/texted promptly, and their communication during the install was great. They gave me a much better price than other plumbing companies and also put on shoe covers to come in the house. Highly recommended!"

"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."

"The project was in completed in four phases over 9 months time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Tim Larkin and his installation team are timely, efficient, careful, and most of all, detail oriented. Every home presents workmanship challenges to a project. I was so impressed with how the team was able to find solutions such as going over air vents and building moulding returns that look absolutely beautiful (see pics). I am not done hiring them either! I have one more project for them and they will be in home in 2019 for sure."

So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."
