"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

Ilan and every member of his crew are not only very skilled and professional, but polite, personable and responsive to any question I might have. And they are fastidious about cleaning up every night, which I appreciate, as well as kind to my sometimes overly friendly dog. I had a vision of what I wanted, which involved removal of a closet. Several companies I met with started their conversation with reasons why complete removal might not be possible and that, if load bearing, there could be significant cost above the quote provided. In contrast, in my first meeting with Ilan, he started with an explanation of how he would solve any potential load bearing issues and provided a fixed upfront cost comparable to other “starting price” quotes I had received. Ilan’s quote also included custom cabinets, custom countertops and tile backsplash, compared to stock cabinets, pre-fab countertops and no backsplash included in other quotes. So getting exactly what I wanted AND higher quality for the same price or less? It was a no brainer. Extra bonus is that Ilan instantly became a friend, He truly cares about his clients both as clients and as individuals. "The quote to install a sink was extremely high - over $1000. This is maybe a 2 hour job, and I had all of the parts needed except maybe an extra foot of PVC. I'm sorry, but I can't see paying anywhere close to $500/hr for this. This is gouging, I recommend staying away."
