I was taking down old ceiling fans to replace with new ones on a Friday afternoon only to find that the previous owners had mickey moused the wiring. I called Kris and left a message thinking no way would he call me back this late on a Friday, let alone come out to help. Within 30 minutes I received a call back from him saying he was out of town with family til evening and would come by once back to look at and make safe, so we could turn back on breakers until Sunday when he could do the work. "WHAT?" I replied, "you work on Sundays?" He does work on Sundays, Kris is prompt, keeps his word of what he says he will do and charge, got back to us within timely manner with quote, and kept us informed of the work and progress being done throughout the process. The work consisted of crawling around a tight attic space changing out wiring and adding the needed electrical lighting boxes and fan braces. While Kris was up in the attic, he even caught a couple of small issues that he just took care of while up there. From the moment you meet Kris, you can tell he loves what he does, thrives on excellent customer service and by the end you will know that he is reasonable on his prices and does excellent work!!! "I lost power in the back half of my home, and after being given the run around by my previous electrician, I decided to search Angie's list for an alternate electrician. After a few minutes of browsing, I stumbled upon Raymond and specifically chose him because of his ridiculously high Angie's list rating. After speaking to Raymond, we made an appointment and, to my surprise, he showed up early. This was a great sign since I'm used to servicing professionals either: 1) showing up late, or 2) giving me a 4-hour window and still arriving late. So far, so good. On Raymond's first visit he did a great job assessing the problem and gave me an estimate to fix the electrical short, but he also recommended other electrical repairs that would bring my old 1955 home up to code. After reviewing his proposal, I was a bit depressed since I knew I couldn’t afford all of the repairs that I knew I needed to tackle in the near future, so I decided to give him a call to let him know. Raymond was very understanding and offered to come out to my home for a second time to hunt for the electrical short in my home. On his second visit, he arrived early (again!) and quickly found a shorted electrical outlet that was causing the power loss in the back half of my house. He quickly replaced my shorted outlet and patiently educated me on a few DIY repairs that he recommended me tackling to help safeguard the safety of my family. I was very relieved and happy to have found such an honest and proficient electrician.
