"Anthony is a good salesperson and completely sold us on his preparation and painting process.  He is a nice young guy and his crew was very nice and professional and respectful.  I have to say that if I had not stayed on Anthony to do the level of work that he sold to us, I suspect it would not have happened.  As a general contractor myself, I have a keen eye for detail and and expectation that people do what they say they are going to do, and not just talk the talk.  It took a lot of review time on my part to make sure that things were done as expected, even after the final walk through - which felt quite rushed.  He is coming back to complete some small clean up tasks he said would get done but did not.
Anthony will do well if he can get past the sales pitch and put that energy into the work, getting the message across to his painters that detail matters, and clean up is paramount.  Especially on a project of this magnitude, and with the level of detail he said would be accomplished.
In the end, we are happy with the job, but only wish that it had not taken our time as it did.
