"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"Bourke Remodeling has done beautiful work at my home. Theyâ ve been my main go to for many of my projects. Thanks to them i have a lovely brick patio, a picture window, and a great walk in shower! They are super reliable very reasonably priced and always communicated very well ! At the moment theyâ re doing a desperately needed foundation upgrade on my older home I highly recommend them and am extremely happy with how all of my home projects have turned out."

"Claudio and his team were professional, polite and worked quickly. They did great work painting ceilings and walls for every room in our newly purchased home (that was in desperate need of TLC). They cleaned up at the end of the project and made sure we were happy with their work before leaving. They were even thoughtful enough to remove their shoes before entering the home! "They did an amazing job. It was a full remodel of a shell of a lake side cottage. They did everything from the special environmental permits, demolition of a derelict sunroom. And a full gut of the interior down to the studs. They worked with me on a floor plan. They built a beautiful large deck. Ingrid and her team supervised all of the electrical, insulation, and plumbing through out the cottage. Her team then connected me to the town sewer which needed a six foot ejection pump to reach the road side. The interior is amazing. They did such a great job creating space out of such a small footprint. Subway tiled bath/shower. Heat pump system with the spray foam insulation works super efficiently. Ingrid and David made my lakeside cottage dream a reality. And they did this all with no direct access to the property with vehicles. All the construction debris was moved by trailer and 4x4. Just above and beyond."

He communicated with me throughout the permitting process, the build and the inspection process. The new deck and stairs look great and bring compliments from all the neighbors.
