"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Freedom Construction started the day they were scheduled to start, they had to reschedule once, but they had scheduled a number of weeks in advance and it was a plus for me when they called to let me know they had to reschedule. The work was done in a professional manner, clean and quick, including hard to reach, or areas where no one would ever be able to see under normal circumcise they did a good job. Overall I was very pleased with their quality of work. Some of the drip cap they used is already showing signs of wear from where the swamp cooler drained onto, but that more to do with the quality of the materials used, and I am confident they will replace the piece next time I get them back to replace my windows."
