"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. "I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt,clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.

"I remodeled the bathroom and the tub was left to do so the easiest way  was to refinish the tub instead of ripping it out and upsetting the tile work among other things. I haven't seen the work yet as im an out of state owner so I reserve the right to change feedback when I get to town.i was told its suppoed to be white and shiny and clean like my tub here in my apartment. lets hope so, im confident.
