"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. "Gil from NE carpentry did a lot of work for me. The most impressive was that Gil worked with me to repair my interior front porch after a massive leak during a storm destroyed it. Because my house is on the beach and very exposed, every other contractor declined the job. Gil and his team were very rigorous and patient and they did succeed in waterproofing the porch. They did rebuild it and did fantastic work. The team communicates well, is always on time, does a great job and always clean after the workday. Their prices are very fair and transparent.
