"Last summer, I had a complete bottom to top rebuild of my chimney. So going forward, I wanted to insure that I protect this investment for many years to come. After doing research on multiple companies, I hired Warrington Chimney & Fireplace because they had outstanding reviews on Angi and several other websites and because I wanted a company that could do thorough job cleaning my chimney, could do a level 1 or 2 inspection, and could provide a written report with photos after the service call. Previously, the chimney sweep company that used to clean my chimney only did one up and down sweep ... and was done cleaning the chimney in about 10 minutes. That said, I never felt like the prior company did thorough job. Warrington Chimney & Fireplace checked all of the requirements mentioned above. All of my questions were answered prior to the service call. The gentleman that serviced my chimney was Chris K. He was simply outstanding ... a really nice and friendly guy. Chris initially called me on the day of the appointment to advise me of his arrival time - he even called me a second time to advise that he would be a little bit later than expected due to unexpected heavy traffic. That gesture alone communicated to me that Chris/Warrington Chimney & Fireplace respects the time and schedule of their customers. Chris was at my home for over 2 hours. He took all of the proper steps to protect my home, got up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and cap area and did a very very thorough job cleaning my chimney. "The Premier Siding and Roofing Company spent one full day and four hours next day completing our roof replacement job, both house and shed and also did some siding repair. The work was needed due to bad hail damage.   Kevin Juarez, a storm damage specialist, with his team - a group of eight workers - worked with us to make the entire repair process painless, even negotiating with our home insurance adjuster. We didn’t need to discuss much with the adjuster and received the initial check in one week. Kevin was both professional and personable. He listened and took notes for our special requests and followed through. Kevin was detail-oriented as well. He personally replaced one damaged lamp at the back of our house, the hale damaged shutters on our shed, and had the window screens replaced and installed in a few minutes. He also made sure that his team fixed the siding and caulked the leaks on the portico of the house.   Besides Kevin, Louis was a very sincere workmen lead. He led a group of cooperative and conscientious workers. They worked hard and did the job seriously (almost without break). Considering the heat and the Covid situation, I think they did a professionally great and good looking job.   Before they left, they cleaned up the deck, the patio, the driveway and the window sills, and moved back the planters, the water hoses and decorations to their original spots. They used rolling magnetic bars to collect the nails spreading around the house. They even used cleaning spray to wipe off the dark spots on the cement caused by the debris of the roofing.   Two thumps up!"

"They really did an exceptional job. The deck rebuild was a complicated job. The deck wasn’t built correctly originally so CM Contracting had to extensively modify the structure. They really did a great job. The deck looks really great, and I think I now have the strongest deck in the Lehigh Valley. The chimney work was a big concern of mine going into the job. The previous owner of the house let the chimney cap rust, and the rust stains ran down the Dryvit. It really looked bad. Chris worked with his paint supplier to get the color to match perfectly. He had Sherwin Williams out to my house on several occasions because Chris wanted it done right. It far exceeded my expectations, and now looks perfect.
