"Mark did an excellent job on the remodel. The house was built in 1820, which presents all sorts of challenges to any remodeling work; Mark managed all the challenges with creativity and experience. He was always pleasant, even when asked to repaint after we didn’t like the color we picked. (He even suggested the perfect color for the area.) The work areas were kept clean, and he always showed up when he said he would and was responsive to texts and phone calls. "It took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess."
