"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Service seemed to start off good but as the week progressed, I had to constantly call the office for updates. I had pipe on my septic tank replaced and had a hole in my back yard for almost two weeks. The worker was very good at trying to keep me informed but the office staff and managers did not communicate with me or their staff very effectively. When receiving a new Use Permit, it stated on the permit they didn't fill out the form completely. The sad thing is I was right there when they were filling it out and they didn't ask me one thing to fill in the blanks on the application. They were a bit pricey too but I was under a time crunch."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
