"Inspected the entire chimney and found no issues. The tech let me know that the chimney cap will need maintenance in about 3 to 5 years."

"They took time to inspect chimney, roof area near chimney and attic. Very professional and his recommendations were consistent with contractor who I had give a recommendation. Took time to explain all options and offer choices and info on converting to electric as lowest cost option. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use this company for installation of damper. Called on his way in route and arrived on time. Was very pleased with the service."

"Hearthmaster was quick and professional.  The gentleman was very thorough with cleaning the chimney, and gave us tips on how to keep it clean and type of wood burning and the silt / smoke different types produce.  Also, he was very helpful in finally fixing our master bedroom fireplace by replacing a part (we paid for the part) and vigorously cleaning the screens.

"From start to finish, working with Russ and the Perfection Roofing & Siding crew was a pleasure. They are professional, reliable, and very respectful. I was wasting my time getting bids from other companies to replace the whole siding of my house but felt like i was getting ripped off and just had enough with the sales pitches, I found Russ online, call him up and oh my, such a refreshing experience, no sales bs, just straight to the point with an offer that beat the rest out of the park. The actual install went so smoothly and cleaned up every last thing. Not a single minor issue when we inspected the house after the job was done and couldn't find a single thing. Great experience, save yourself some time, money and stress... call Russ, he's got your back."

"Great. They met with me on short notice and a holiday weekend. Work was scheduled that day and complete within a week as promised. Professional and very knowledgeable."

"Our experience with Bear Mountain Custom Painting was phenomenal from quote to job completion. We received many quotes but Bear Mountain Custom Painting was one of the best. We decided to go with them and are very pleased with our decision. Our house is very large and it was going to be a huge project. The workers were prompt every day, The supervisor kept in touch with us also during the project. One of the painters accidentally broke an upstairs windows (accidents are bound happen!). He reported it to the company himself and they planned out how to resolve It without us even needing to say a word. When they finished the paint, they had also fixed th window, and repainted the area! Wow! We were so impressed and highly recommend Bear Mountain Custom Painting. Our previous experience with exterior painters was not a pleasant one, so we highly valued Bear Mountain Custom Painting integrity and follow through."

"I thought the two technicians were nice. However, if I had it to do over again, I would have asked them to show me the current condition of the chimney prior to the cleaning. That way I could have seen a comparison of before and after. Following the cleaning, they advised me I needed work done on the chimney because I had some missing mortar; however, I was not told just exactly what it would take for a fire to break out with missing mortar since my chimney is surrounded by a brick wall until it gets to the attic. Their estimate for doing repair work was several thousand dollars so I will check with other companies before I choose who should do that work. The main reason I was disappointed is that the price for the cleaning was about twice what it should have been compared to their competition and higher than a promotion they were currently running on their website when the work was done. And, the $319 price would be the same if I was on a regular followup schedule with them. For me that was a real turnoff."

"Excellent. Started on January 26th and expected to take 2+ days. Arrived at house at 7;30 am and began removing old shingles. New shingles and associated materials arrived by 8:00 am. On site was a Project Manager who has the GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite Roofing Certification, a Foreman and one roofing crew. The temperature was in the low 40s and around 10:00 am it began to drizzle. The Project Manager proceeded to bring in a second roofing crew to expedite the work. Under very adverse weather conditions on a very steep roof, work continued until 7:00 pm when it became too dark to safely work on the roof. By this time the new roof was approximately 98% complete. The next morning, one crew returned to complete the roof and thoroughly clean up the worksite. I found the workmanship and work ethic by everyone on site very impressive.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
