Mid Atlantic seemed to know more about what was causing our issues with the brick porch and how to fix it correctly. Their customer representative, Alex, was very professional and maintained contact with me during the entire process. He also helped to solve another issue we had with the porch. The top section of the porch was pulling away from the house due to the lower brick walls. His team of contractors were able to reattach it to the house while already on premise, saving me the time and effort to find another contractor to do the work. I felt their charge was appropriate for the size and scope of this project. I would use them again for any major concrete/brick/stone project."
