He called later that afternoon with a very reasonable quote. The NEXT day, the workers were there, & installed the patio expansion, (cleaned up the site nicely, too). Very professional work! I would use this company again for any work I may need!"

"He wasn't courteous as far as property damage and a pretty expensive .He destroy the grass and the plants. a beautiful flowers instead of cutting. He broke up the plants with flowers on it Mortar and dirt on the walk way to come into the house. You can't even come to the house without stepping on it."

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
