"BE ADVISED: Stay Away from Oasis Air. I deeply, deeply regret doing business with Oasis Air. The horror story starts back in 2023, which sold me an Ecoer unit and it took two install teams to get it right. I went two months without AC, until they got it right. Fast forward to 2025, I just had Douglas out to do my maintenance in April. He identified a leak in my eval coil!! He said the office would get back to me to schedule a repair (Never happened). Literally 15 calls to the office. I get "Tim (so-called service manager) is on the phone and will call you back. He is the only one who can schedule". Next excuse "fighting with Ecoer and it takes time." Then the best one. Ecoer says your unit must fail first before they will fix it. I HAVE A LEAK and live in AZ. Why would I wait for my AC to fail before the summer comes? I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty---and Oasis Air won't do a darn thing! At this point, I am going to file a complaint with the Registar of Contractors."

"I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Dynamic Comfort LLC, A/C & Heating, regarding their unprofessional conduct, failure to honor warranty agreements, and delay in issuing a promised refund. On April 28, 2023, I purchased a 10-year warranty for $2,660. However, the company initially claimed I only had a 1-year warranty that had expired. After providing them with a picture of my contract, they acknowledged their error and agreed to add an additional year of service due to their failure to provide service during the first year. Dynamic Comfort finally came to service my units on June 22, 2024, after missing the scheduled appointment on June 7, 2024. At that time, they confirmed that both units were running efficiently. On September 16, 2024, I contacted the company because one of my units was not working. Their technician, Zack, evaluated the unit and quoted $3,500 for a new compressor with a 5-year warranty or $16,000 for a new unit (discounted from $20,000). He also mentioned that prices would increase by 40% next year. After negotiating, Zack initially agreed to apply the warranty cost towards the new unit. However, upon returning later that evening, he stated the warranty discount could not be honored, and the price would remain $16,000. Dissatisfied, I sought a second opinion from Ultra Air, who evaluated my unit and found it in excellent condition, requiring only a breaker replacement. I replaced the breaker for a few hundred dollars, and the unit has been running perfectly since then. I contacted Paul at Dynamic Comfort, explaining my loss of trust in their company and requesting a full refund of my warranty. Megan in the office assured me on September 20th that a refund check would be issued. On October 16, 2024, I received a check for only $620, accompanied by an invoice deducting $1,641 for service performed on April 23, 2023, which is inconsistent with the invoice I received. After calling Megan to address the discrepancy, she agreed and promised a corrected refund. As of November 6, 2024, no additional check has been received. On November 19th and 21st, I texted Paul for updates, but I have received no response. Dynamic Comfort LLCâ s actions demonstrate a lack of accountability, misrepresentation of services, and poor customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is not to be trusted!"

"We hired City Air Conditioning and Heating to do a repair and full textured coating of our roof. They mentioned they had noticed some significant damage while servicing our a/c unit. Tonya and Chris handled everything and the entire crew is so professional, expeditious, and prompt, they did a magnificent job. I cannot more strongly recommend City Heating and Air Conditioning for any type of service they provide."

"My A/C unit was blowing hot air out on Tuesday 4/15 and I called Dynamic Comfort who installed it that afternoon. On Wednesday 4/16 Will came out gave it a leak test and determined that I did in fact have a leak and he gave some refrigerant to last through the night which it did. On Thursday 4/17, Brandon came out and found the leak, but that was not the only problem, he stayed here for around 5 hours until he found the problem, which was a bad pipe that needed to be replaced. Brandon did a very through job in finding the problem and he wasn't going to leave until the problem was fixed. Dynamic Comfort has always provided me the most excellent service and this was another prime example. Kudos to them and their technicians Will and Brandon!!!!"

"The guys at AC And Plumbing Pro were so knowledgeable and helpful! They explained everything to me about why my hot water heater wasn't working and the leaks we had under our floor. I asked many questions and they patiently answered them all. They worked many long hours to install a water softener and fix the leaks as quickly as possible. I didn't realize how much I love the soft water until I spent the weekend somewhere without soft water and my skin looked and felt like a lizard's, just like it used to before I got soft water."

"We had Emergency Air out to provide a repair to our air conditioning and provide a quote on a new system as ours is 15+ years old. For reference, I have a 1300 sq ft, 20 year old home. Well, that was a mistaken. First off, Emergency Air runs the sleazy used car dealer playbook - presenting monthly payments vs. total price, claiming it will be impossible to get your problem resolved if you don't sign up right now, acting like they are your friend giving you the best deal and why would you shop around? They provided a quote of $23,000 for a single stage HVAC install (attached). Upon calling 3 other established, licensed, well reviewed contractors, I received quotes between $8,000 and $15,000 depending on equipment/brand/etc. None of the other 3 were pushy and insisted on needing to make a decision today. No slimeball used car dealer tactics. You can look up for yourself what new single stage HVAC is for a 1300 sq ft home. It's well under $23,000 and no brand or contractor can justify charging 2-3x market rate....unless that contractor is Emergency Air, apparently. When called out on the fact their pricing is insane, our sales rep started asking if the other quotes were "Builder Quality" which is made up. Go Google what "builder quality HVAC" is. It's a standard system. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Emergency Air and recommend you avoid doing business with them."
