After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. The job was started on 5/15/2017 and was completed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with outcome."
