"I wanted a sunroom added to my house so I started getting estimates. I got a referral from a friend to use JBR custom builders. I called and met Jeff the owner and scheduled an estimate. He was on time, very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. After I got two other estimates I went with JBR because from our interactions I felt he was best suited to bring my vision to fruition. So we set a start date, I gave him a deposit and he showed up with his crew exactly when he said he was going to. Jeff helped me all the way from conception to completion on this project and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. I will definitely be using him for future projects."

"Pretty bad experience with this company. Employee recommended a trimmer person named Eddie that he said they use for trimming, to trim my hedge. I gave him arborists instructions on how to trim and to not use a mechanical trimmer. He then proceeded to ignore the instructions and used a mechanical gas powered trimmer and ruined my hedge. The companys owner refused to call back. I would not recommend. Pretty bad to treat customers that way."

"Design is right in the name and that's what sets Rob and his team apart. They came up with a significantly better design than we could have imagined and much better than the other companies we tried to work with. You have to be diligent to review work and ask for little fixes, but no more than with any other good contractor. They were responsive in fixing everything to my satisfaction with an exceptional final product."
