"It was a great experience.  All of our frozen food in the freezer of our outdoor refrigerator thawed and melted so they came out right away.   They replaced the thermostat and the refrigerator started working properly.  However, within a week the freezer side of the refrigerator would not freeze again.  They came out right away and found that the fan motor had worn out.  They replaced it and did not charge me anything.  Love this company!

"He determined that it wasn't the dishwasher-it was the switch, so I will hire an electrician or handyman to look at the switch. He has a 30-day guarantee, so if it is not the switch, he will come back out within 30 days.  This was an extremely good experience. He was very knowledgeable about the product and about all products as we discussed some of my other appliances. I also had him look at a LG microwave while he was here and he educated me on why I was experiencing "arching."  I would  highly recommend him.

"I don't see how anything could have gone any smoother on this job than it did.  Travis was punctual, arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with the door. There were several factors to consider, most having to do with the wear-and-tear the door sustained since being installed in 1946. The door should actually be replaced but I wasn't ready to do that. Travis got the door aligned correctly in the opening and firmly secured. The lock mechanism also needed attention and he was able to tweak the mechanism so the door would firmly latch when it closed. It was clear from the way he worked his tools that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. I'm very happy with the results.
