"Brett did a great job. He was hired to repair my irrigation system. The system was badly torn up and he replaced many pipes and houses, and got it working great. I would highly recommend this company"

"Wonderfully well!! I had lost a cleaning apparatus in toilet drain---"Ace's came out the next morning early and within 15 mins, he was done and all went well. This is one of the most reliable, capable and friendly and fair service companies in this city. I will always call them with any plumbing issues."

"The tech, Mike iirc, was professional, prompt, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. He found and repaired the leaks, and gave me advice about the issue. So far no leaks, great job!!!"

"Excellent. Polite, personable and a quick response. I have their information and will use them for all my work."

"Experts! Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.

"Frank called me the same day I left a voicemail within hours. He came out the next day with his assistant. We walked through all the jobs on the list above and he offered different options for me to choose from. I really appreciated having different choices. Frank does the work. He is very thorough, punctual, and honest. He is passionate about his work and the outcome shows. He was done in about 2+1/2 days and they are respectful of noise etc. Frank was always keeping me updated on the progress of the work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent work. Will recommend his company and I will be using him again for some carpentry work in my daughters bedroom.

"Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;
When a friend's a/c stopped working and he couldn't get anyone to come to his house any sooner than 2 days out, I suggested that he call Hurm, based on my good experience. Not only was Hurm there within a few hours, they fixed the problem for less than another company had quoted.
Overall, they are an honest and professionally managed company. They won't do unnecessary work to drive up your bill. I highly recommend them.
