The fact that I can be indecisive at times as to what I want, it was nice to know he was patient, kind, and just listened and had ideas of his own. I think the most important aspect of Paul was that he took notes so he knew exactly what it was I wanted, was not rude, impatient, and last but not least, was very respectful!"
