"Mark and Matthew did an outstanding job replacing a laminate floor, painting several rooms and installing a kitchen backsplash. They were very professional, easy to work with and positively responsive to any questions my wife and I had. I highly recommend them to anyone."

"Having never bought a new roof, I didn't know what to expect.  Casey Cooke of Cooke and Son Roofing Co. made the process easy, straight-forward, and stress-free.  Casey made sure to schedule his visit to do the estimate when I was home; the two other companies who provided me estimates came when I wasn't home.  With that being said, Casey was able to explain his plan, the materials to be used, and my options.  He even scheduled time to discuss the estimate with me in person, which also included information about the materials and samples.  When the work started, his crew was efficient, polite, thoughtful, and hard-working; Casey was there on-and-off throughout the day; Casey quoted a two-day job, but he and his crew finished in one day (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).  In the end the roof is beautiful and is definitely better than the original:  better flashing around the chimney, better venting, and better workmanship.  I highly recommend Cooke and Son Roofing Co. and would hire Casey again."

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."

"Edited below...They recently replaced a vinyl fence for me. I highly recommend them! They responded promptly (always!), left a clean jobsite (always!) and completed the job even though it meant working a full Saturday. Our problem was our dogs could get out of our pickets on the previous fence so they installed several panels and then had us test with the dogs to make sure it would work. It needed some modification which they cheerfully added. Definitely will be using them for future projects! Requested their help on a smaller project, they came out and looked and then I never heard back from them. A courtesy call to say they weren't interested would have been nice. I was waiting on their slow time to do yet more work, back to the drawing board!!"

"We had very difficult carpet to install. It had no back and a very elaborate pattern. They took their time thinking the project through and then performing their work very well. The patterns matched up so well on the carpet! Great job and appreciated you being on time!"

"James and his crew did a excellent job in putting in new flooring and a new window in my bathroom, They also painted 5 rooms for me as well .Did a excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They painted my carport for me as well and did small repairs out there. One of the best bunch of guys that I have ever worked around. Very polite and respectful."

"If  you want to hire an experienced contractor that understands time allowance, costs, and the right way to do things, hire Jack.  He finished my kitchen renovation that another contractor left unfinished a year ago.  I called Jack to paint, trim down, and install my closet door, properly finish my engineered flooring, including 5 thresholds the original contractor left undone, build and paint all my trim work, including custom made base, window, and door trim to match the rest of my house.   Jack finished painting what was left unpainted, filled in nail holes, sanded and painted throughout my kitchen.  He installed 2 built-in shelves,  3 door locks, hung 2 heavy mirrors and a coat rack for me.  He even stacked 3 cabinets on my back kitchen wall for me to give me more storage.  My kitchen is finally completed to my satisfaction, thanks to Jack.   I am very happy.
Jack is a likable guy.  If you are honest with him, he will be honest with you.  He is a professional at what he does and it shows.  My job took a couple of days longer than estimated, but Jack stayed true to his original cost.
