"Art is great.  He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions.  He completely gutted the bathroom, removed a partial wall, moved another wall back to add additional space for a much larger vanity, replaced a window, floor molding and installed a ceiling fan/light vented up thru the roof.  He did not provide the sink/vanity but was very helpful in guiding me on how to order for the correct measurements.  He coordinated the plumber and electrician and they too were very good.  It is an old house and when they started tearing down the old plaster walls and hard wood floor, they found a mess of tangled electrical issues and old plumbing.  The electrician showed us the problems, rewired everything and was in and out so fast we hardly had a chance to thank him.  As for the plumbing, in addition to the new tub/shower combo, we ended up replacing all of the old waterlines from the 2nd floor bathroom all the way to the basement. The plumber was not always very timely and was lax in returning our calls but he did a good job.  As for Art, he was there every step of the way and had the entire bathroom complete in less than a week.  I have no hesitation in recommending Art Young and look forward to working with him again when I am ready to remodel my kitchen."

"I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
