"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011. Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required. I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding. She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline. I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with. The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed. Thank you Jill.

"Amanda was really very good! At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it. It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about. "I talked with several service people who do this kind of work. Most would not take the job because it was too small of a job or they were uncomfortable with the slope of my roof and the height. James came out and looked it over and returned the next day. He did a great job.

"It went surprisingly quickly. Once we talked about design and settled on budget and price he, was working. The picture I found on my phone was after the first day of work. He and his crew completed my deck and built a roof on it in about four days, not terrible by itself but throw in that it was raining almost every day and... Let's just say I'm impressed. He got it done when he said he would and for the price quoted.. I would not hesitate to rehire him or refer him to anyone."
