He’s also very personable saying he was going to pray for me since I’m having heart surgery. Also he showed me pictures of his two fur babies: Sadie and Tucker knowing I loved dogs very much and rescued many from death row to rehome. God bless him always"

The techs were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and clean. They showed up at the scheduled time of service and there was excellent communication via text on the appointment. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
