He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. "Excellent attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. Charlie designed built in cabinets with new windows for both sides of our fireplace and after the initial design completed, we decided to try to get our TV mounted above the stone fireplace even though it was not initially agreed upon. Not an easy endeavor (20 foot natural stone fireplace--stone from floor to ceiling---not wired for it initially) but Charlie did not pressure us to rush through it. He spoke with masons, our builder, electrician, etc but ultimately designed a beautiful mantle to hide all of the wires so the TV blended in perfectly with minimal destruction Ken spent a week installing the unit, making detailed measurements for the TV and doing the finish work. His attention to detail was phenomenal. In full disclosure that I only gave the price a B because we did get 2 other quotes that were cheaper----but with that being said we did not feel comfortable trusting the scope of this project to anyone else but Charlie after speaking with him. It was a patient, well designed, well run, top notch job---well worth the cost"
