After the initial meeting a proposal was sent via e-mail which detailed all aspects of the job. After scheduling was arranged the crew of @6 gentlemen arrived to complete the job. A shield was installed to prevent dust/debris from entering our home. A vent was created to allow dust to escape through basement window. Great care was taken to ensure the remainder of our home remained intact. At the completion of the job the foreman did a walk through and explained the following years complimentary clean-out of the drainage system.
