Mike thought things through and established that the faulty outlet was going out on us because of an adjacent outlet. "Derek and the folks at VHEC saved our Christmas! We lost power very suddenly during the night and next morning Duke Energy said we had to have our meter box replaced. I got VHEC’s name from the Angi app. Derek returned my call immediately and understanding the urgency of the situation he swung into action! They obtained the parts, replaced the box, coordinated all the necessary county permits and inspections and had my box ready for Duke to restore the power by 3pm. Getting all that completed in 5-hours during the week of Christmas was nothing short of a miracle. They all did a great job, listened to my concerns, were thorough and spend 14 hrs. here installing the unit without any of them complaining. They were always hardworking and pleasant. The HVAC unit is working great and the best unit I've had in 45 yrs.!!"
