He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by.
