"We hired Woods Home Services in 2006 to install a sprinkler system on our lawn. We have had no problems until this past week. We had a water leak and called the city of Bedford. They came out and said it was the sprinkler system, and they turned the water off until we could get it repaired. It was Friday and we envisioned a weekend without water. We called the installers, Woods, and told them our problem. Within the hour, a young man named Trey Woods was calling to say he was on the way. He stopped the water leak and turned the water back on. Mind you it has been several years since they installed. We were told *sorry for the inconvenience*, and he is contacting us this week to come back to repair the pipe and turn the sprinkler system back on. We are so very impressed with their professionalism, and cannot say enough good things about them. Trey worked in the mist, mud, and cold so that we could be comfortable for the weekend. Integrity is the word that comes to my mind. Installed in 2006 and came within an hour to repair in 2021."

"I have been using them for years. They are very good. Basically, they come out once a month. Depending on what you want they will come out once a year, or twice a year, or however you set that up. I like their service. They are very good. I have no complaints. It starts probably in March through November. Depending on application and what you want done. My lawn looks great. I am very satisfied. Basically, I kinda have a service agreement with them. They come out so many times, and I have actually them charge me every month on my credit card. The price depends on what services are done. It varies, I have had a couple of things done in my yard. They come out and do what ever they do. They spray and get rid of the grubs and red worms. I have no problems with them, they do a good job. I think they are reasonable on price. I have been using them for years now."

"Kevin and crew came on the appointed date and time. It took two days to complete. It was done promptly and professionally. The new install comes with a inactivate/activate system for one year. Because I have new sod and it needs to be watered every other day initially, I emailed them and they are coming out this week to activate my system so I don't have to hand water! "Mr. Pryor's nursery always does an excellent job. We have used his trees for multiple yard living fences over the past 9 years and results are always superb. He planted leyland cypress in the rear and side of our home 9 years ago (including installing a drip irrigation system) and now the trees are 15-20 feet tall and look great as all the neighbors comment! He also planted a holly fence in another region of our backyard with similar beautiful results. Recently, we also asked him to plant a green giant living fence in another part of our property. He has also landscaped several garden beds with very pleasing results. He is very reliable and always returns quickly to address any questions or problems. Mr. Pryor is very knowledgeable in the care and upkeep of his plants, having taken many agricultural extension courses . His planting crews are also knowledgeable and very careful in completion of all work from planting, installing drip irrigation systems, developing garden beds, and pruning of trees and shrubs as they grow large. I recommend his tree nursery without any reservations."

Jim responded to my request, gave me a reasonable estimate for the work, and an accurate estimate as to when he would be able to complete the job. His crew was on time, worked quickly, and left my yard as they found it. Jim even suggested additions that I hadn't thought of that improved what I had in mind and will make it easier in the future if I want to expand the system.
