I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished. 

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.

He was very good about communicating with me and had the work completed within one week of my call. We haven't had a huge rain since the repair work was done, but all looks good and I'm confident that the leak is patched. "The installation itself was very good.  I noticed the old tank leaking at 2:00pm Tuesday - was replaced by 2:00pm Wednesday.  They came out quickly to provide a bid and settled on Spengler that night and they were here at 8:30am the next morning.  The installer was friendly and considerate - top notch.  The only knock will be the salesman himself - a bit high pressure not a big deal because we knew we were going to use them after the research we had done.  He was here for nearly 3 hours looking things over then writing his bid then discussing with us his bid then sitting in his truck while we reviewed the bid then finally signing the contract.  The most disappointing was the discussing about their calendar - he wanted to be sure my wife knew which month he was "featured" - really - cmon man!

"We bought a century-old house (3 stories, 1800 sq ft) that had been neglected for a while prior to our purchase. Al from Sol's quoted us a good price and said it would probably take him 3-4 hours with help from an employee. After getting into the project, Al realized that the vents were much dirtier than he thought (some of the dirtiest he's ever seen). He ended up staying for 8 hours with a helper to not only finish the job, but do a thorough job without cutting any corners. They took apart the furnace to clean the coils, took of the heat registers to clean them, made everything look brand new. "On all of the replacements or repairs there was a time period of 1 -3 weeks for the repairman. They were all professional . You have to read the contract , I missed the electric part and had to pay for it myself so read your warranty ."
