"Three appliances needed repairs. Gary diagnosed all three within minutes. He identified the parts I need in a few more minutes. He had to literally take the drier apart to find the defective parts and their part numbers, so yes, that one took a little longer than a few minutes. For that one we decided it’s more cost effective to get a new drier. He offered to put it back together but what’s the point? They’ll only haul it away, anyway. "Mark fixed my dishwasher and attached a new vent on my dryer all within 25 minutes. He showed up on time and got right to work. He made sure there was no collection of lint on the bottom inside of my dryer before attaching the vent hose. He did a great job on both my dishwasher and dryer.
