"I have used DC twice now. Good quality work and the first job I felt was a good value, but the second job done recently was very expensive for the work done, so from a value perspective disappointing.  For example, replacing one existing bathroom light/fan combo and adding a separate switch for the fan cost $425, not including fan/light price.  We were charged $1,700 dollars for a half day's work, and that is not including any of the actual fixtures.  Be sure to ask to be billed an hourly rate rather than a flat rate, because we were billed a flat rate and the cost was excessive.  <br>"

"Temo ended up changing out all five fire detectors because whenever he changed one we could still hear chirping. Eventually, we discovered the carbon monoxide detector which is a plug-in close to the hallway floor was chirping. Once he changed it, all noise stopped. We're not sure if they all needed changed or not, but they are all new now. Once I ran out of 9V batteries, Temo supplied the rest. Throughout the process, Temo was very patient, friendly, and professional. I was very pleased that he came on such short notice and would recommended his service to anyone. I will call him again should any handyman need arise."
