"The quote process was extremely fast and professional. However, there was a brief communication issue during the final selection of the flooring, but it was eventually resolved. The initial installation date did not happen because the installer called in ill the morning of the install. A second date was set for two days later. That installation went smooth and by the numbers. The installer, Cameron, was very pleasant and went above and beyond in transforming my floor in the guest bathroom."

"A friend of ours recommended Spangler Floor Coverings. We went to his place of business and met with the owner Jeremy. We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. Our floors were completed within 4 days. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job on the instillation of the LVP and carpet. We are very happy and would highly recommend Spangler Floor Coverings"

"I bought the Big Deal which was just for a single top coat to reseal the deck surface.  However, my deck was in a little bit worse shape than the deal allowed.  However, Ryan was awesome and added in sanding and then did the reseal for no additional charge.  The surface is not perfect but that is due to the rough pre-condition it was in and not his fault.  Shortly after the reseal the deck drains started leaking in to the garage below.  Ryan and crew came out again to fix the drain at no additional cost.  Again, this was not in the deal I bought but they provide such great customer service.  I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!
