"The morning he came Gino arrived on time, assessed the job to determine all of the necessary supplies he would need, I gave him a deposit and then he went with another roofer to get all they would need to complete the job. I was able to go to work while he and the other roofer worked on everything but the dryer vent. When he needed to get inside the attic, he called me at work, I came home and let him inside to complete the job. The job was completed and I only had to take off 2 1/2 hours off from work.
They were both friendly and courteous and worked the best they could to around my schedule. Gino was very cooperative. The job was completed quickly and to my and my husbands satisfaction. "House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.
