"R&J Builders did an OUTSTANDING job of building our new cedar fence. We LOVE it and admire it every day. I know that it's "just a fence", but to me it is also a "work of art"! Thanks for the GREAT work!"

"Marry from Puget Sound Builders did an excellent job on our deck remodeling project. She was professional, attentive to detail, and made sure everything was completed to perfection. The new deck looks beautiful and feels very sturdy?truly a well-done job!"

"Absolutely excellent experience. Near Me Roofing Company and team did a great job on replacing shingles and eaves. Great quality materials, worked hard and fast and left everything clean. Princing on par with others; highly recommended."

"Our deck repair/replacement was done above and beyond what we expected. Anas is a nice, honest, caring man who made sure that everything was done to perfection and it is beautiful. His crew was polite and cordial. There was a work ethic beyond what you expect today. It was, by far, the best experience we'd ever had with contractors."

"These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."

"Michael did a fantastic and thorough job replacing my rotted deck. Very knowledgeable about the different options of material ie composite/wood"

"Great job by the crew. Nick, Will, and Saul were very cooperative and real easy to talk to. They replaced my 12' x 35' 20 year old deck within 4 days. I would say pricing is at market rate which reflects the quality of materials and knowledge of the company. Choosing decking samples was a high priorty on my list. Also, I didn't want latice (as I had before) going around my deck. I had white vinyl railing around my deck. High maintenance as it would get dirty with mold/fungus. So, I decided to use the black metal railing instead. I have a dark grey house, so I decided to choose Oasis Palm by Eva-Last for the main decking which features a warm golden brown base with toasted caramel streaks. This counterbalances the heavy tones of dark gray siding. The outline of the deck is carbonized Osage. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Construction for your decking needs. I also have a 30 year warranty. Should anything go wrong, they will come out to repair or replace promptly."

"They were efficient very pleased with our porches. They are going to help us with other work. Thank you."
