"Our home is about 9 years old and we were quite shocked to have a leak in our main water supply line coming from the street to our home. We contacted several plumbers and listened to their approach as to how they were going to determine where the leak was coming from and whether they were going to repair a section or replace the entire water supply line. After meeting with the different plumbing contractors, we learned different methods of running a new water main line since it appeared that we would need it. We received new pieces of information from each proposal. We did not like living without water, however; since it was a big financial commitment, we did not want to be pressured or feel rushed into making a quick decision. On Saturday evening we sent an email requesting a quote from Mahon Plumbing and much to our surprise, we received a call just minutes after the email was sent. An appointment was made for the next day (Sunday). Immediately after meeting Greg, the owner of Mahon Plumbing, we knew his approach was the right course of action. He quickly identified where the leak was originating and guaranteed that ONLY a repair was necessary thus avoiding any sidewalk, walkway, underground sprinkler system or landscaping damage. Greg was well EXPERIENCED, HONEST, UPFRONT, had INCREDIBLE INTEGRITY, AND RESPECT for protecting our home by NOT automatically approaching our project by using heavy equipment, tearing up our sidewalk, walkway, underground sprinkler system, and landscaping to make it an easier job. We hired him on the spot. We had lower estimates for the repair. Most people would have used his confidence of a repair and gone with the cheaper proposal; however, we knew that we would incur additional expenses to repair/replace our landscaping, lawn, underground sprinkler system, and walkway. In the end, if we chose the cheaper proposal, it perhaps would have cost us the same, if not more. It may have felt better to spend less upfront, but, in the long run, it was far better to hire the RIGHT person would do the RIGHT job from start to finish. It was wonderful to see our property taken care of with such pride, as if it were theirs. Our grass was restored perfectly and they even did a repair on our sprinkler line. They left our walkway, landscaping, lawn, and underground sprinkler system intact. Not only did they do a perfect job for us, they had respect for the BAY and cleaning up the debris so it wouldn’t wash into the sewer system. Sometimes you pay a little more up front, but it saves aggravation and additional unexpected expenses in the end. Separately every plumber submitted a proposal for a continuous running sump pump. Every proposal recommended that we needed to replace the sump pump. However, Mahon Plumbing suggested that it might only need to be repaired. Only the backflow valve needed to be replaced. "Great. Didn't need to cut drywall (this time). Repair was made to fix leaking. Experienced plumber cleaned surrounding area to remount and seal to house siding. It's much better than before! Would hire again to fix all plumbing issues. Great service!"

"They came on time and worked most of the day repairing plumbing that was never connected inside of wall. They had to cut the wall out under the kitchen sink. When they were done you could not tell it had been cut. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean. They also repaired some minor work on electrical outlets. I would ues them again and/or reccommend to others"

"Had a leak in main water line. Collected estimates and methods in replacing the water line. I am glad I found The Water Line Group on the web in researching best methods to replace house main water line. After calling The Water Line Group, Geary came the same day to review best method to replace the main water line. What I liked about his estimate it included two methods with no extra cost and very reasonable compared to other estimates. Work schedule was set up less than a week. I was impressed by the crew led my Jamie. They successfully did the trenchless method from the original connection to the water meter with no disturbance to house,front porch, tree, scrubs and driveway. They have the pull water pipe method down to a high success rate. I highly recommend The Water Line Group."

"Tiny leak in the pipes under the sink, but because a previous plumber had glued everything, I had to cut out and replace the PVC pipes under the kitchen sink to enable the repair. The whole system under the twin sinks was cut out and replaced for $325. Walter did a great job and the boss, Reid, stayed in touch to ensure a job well done. More than I wanted to spend, but at least now I have a brand new system of pipes professionally installed. Highly recommend as timely, customer service focused, and professional high quality work. RECOMMEND."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"Clearwater provided excellent service and we are very satisfied! However, I asked why they didn't have any reviews, I learned they've been around for quite a few years, but just joined in with HomeAdvisor, so I think we're their first review. We had a leak in our main water line by the meter (just before our relatives were due to arrive for the holidays). Needing to get it fixed right away, we asked for quotes from 4 Home Advisor professionals. Nate and his team responded promptly to our request and came out within a couple hours provide an estimate. Clearwater was the only estimate that didn't involve tearing up the sidewalk and was very fair and competitive. In the end, they were able to make repairs at the valve (working in tight spaces) without needing to replace significant lengths of pipe, thus the final bill was well under the original estimate. Most of the other services really pushed for replacing the entire line. Clearwater, while cautioning us that was a possibility, they preferred to see what they found so they could make a recommendation accordingly. Fair, honest, and the only surprise with the bill was being way less than expected."
